Remote Customer Service Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time hourly Remote Customer Service Associate will assist customers with auto and homeowner claims, guiding them through the claims process and ensuring accurate documentation of each interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound telephone inquiries and initiate claims by obtaining preliminary loss information
• Provide explanations of the claims process and authorize services such as roadside assistance and rental cars
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain job knowledge through ongoing training

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Customer service experience is highly preferred
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
