Job Summary

A company offering solutions to help change the way people work has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Management Product Line Sales Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Being responsible for market success of the company's new Customer Service Management product
• Communicating the CSM value proposition to prospects
• Developing a strong partnership with your designated Account Executives and Solution Consultant

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Able to travel
• Willingness to do whatever it takes to win in the market against stiff competition
• Ability to communicate complex issues in simple terms via written and oral media
• Ability to forge strong business relationships and connect with both C-level execs at customers as well as with individuals
• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or related discipline preferred
