Job Summary

To support a growing customer service team, the part-time hourly Remote Customer Service Representative will assist customers with account inquiries, ensure accurate documentation, and provide detailed explanations of account statuses while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with their accounts and inquiries, ensuring accurate documentation
• Provide detailed explanations of account status and assist with delinquent accounts based on state guidelines
• Adhere to state and federal regulations while achieving quality assurance and production goals

Required qualifications

• Prior call center experience is REQUIRED
• Experience navigating multiple systems/screens while assisting customers
• Must be proficient with Microsoft applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Active listening skills to understand customer needs
