Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the part-time Remote Member Service Representative will assist internal and external customers by facilitating the release of vehicles and addressing client needs through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain the release of vehicles from various locations while offering solutions to enhance the customer service experience
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, ensuring high call quality and timely follow-ups
• Support additional office functions and may expand to include chat and email customer support as needed

Required qualifications

• One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
• High School diploma required
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and typing speed of 45 WPM
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
