Job Summary
Detail-oriented and professional, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will coordinate vehicle release and pickup by communicating with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies while providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Confirm vehicle pick-up details and obtain release authorization from body shops
- Communicate with vehicle owners to arrange transport and assist with personal item removal
- Maintain accurate notes and meet daily performance goals, including making over 100 calls and processing 60+ live lots daily
Required qualifications
- Minimum of one year of office support experience in a customer service role
- High school diploma or GED
- Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
