Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time hourly basis, the Intake Specialist will manage incoming and outgoing calls, assist customers with applications, and provide detailed information while adhering to established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize standard technology to navigate pre-scripted responses and provide accurate information to customers
• Follow documented policies and procedures to assist callers with application submissions and maintain call documentation
• Complete basic call logs and ensure adherence to ethical and privacy standards during customer interactions

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 6 months of customer service, administrative, or telemarketing experience required
• Must have reliable internet service for remote work
• Ability to speak and read English clearly and fluently
• Experience with personal computers and the Windows operating system is required
