Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time basis from 11 AM to 4 PM EST, the Customer Service Representative in Member Care will manage inbound calls, chats, and tickets, assisting members with their Benefit Amount, plan navigation, and claims resolution while providing empathetic and efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from members regarding their Benefit Amount and plan benefits
• Resolve member issues and complaints with empathy and accuracy
• Maintain detailed and accurate records while following established policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong customer service background, preferably with experience in healthcare or clinical roles
• Detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to navigate member plans thoroughly
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, changing environment
• People-first communicator who listens empathetically and provides clear answers
