Key responsibilities
- Lead Delivery Managers and oversee governance across the client portfolio
- Steer operations to meet established KPIs related to client satisfaction and delivery performance
- Manage multiple concurrent client engagements with multicultural teams globally
Required qualifications
- Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or a related advanced degree preferred
- Experience in technology consulting or technical services delivery managing multiple client engagements
- Proven leadership experience in multi-project or multi-client delivery environments
- Management experience with the ability to lead and develop teams
- Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level
