Job Summary
A market research company has a current position open for a Remote Design and User Experience Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating visually exciting, easy to use and emotionally engaging user experiences
- Leading all phases of complex design projects from initial concept to final launch
- Supporting and mentoring a team of junior and senior product designers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in product design
- At least 3+ years in a leadership role with direct reports
- Experience building and scaling a unified design system across multiple products
