Job Summary
Managing client accounts for SEO, web design, web development, and online marketing, the full-time Remote Digital Producer will serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and in alignment with client goals.
Key responsibilities
- Managing ongoing client accounts and overseeing project scopes, deliverables, and timelines
- Facilitating client meetings and internal strategy sessions to align on campaign direction and objectives
- Reviewing project deliverables and maintaining accurate project management records and software
Required qualifications
- Proven project management or client management experience across multiple clients
- Strong knowledge in web development or online marketing, including SEO or PPC
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, including experience in on-camera presentations
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Basecamp, Jira, or Asana
- Ability to work 40 hours per week during specified Pacific Time hours
