Job Summary

Managing client accounts for SEO, web design, web development, and online marketing, the full-time Remote Digital Producer will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are completed accurately and efficiently in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Managing ongoing client accounts and project scopes, including financial and technical requirements
• Organizing and attending client meetings, strategy sessions, and ensuring timely communication
• Reviewing project deliverables and maintaining project management software for accurate tracking

Required qualifications

• Proven project management or account management experience across multiple clients
• Knowledge to pass a skills test in web development or online marketing, including SEO or PPC
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Basecamp, Jira, or Asana
• Strong client-facing communication skills and experience in professional client meetings
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying organized and detail-oriented
