Job Summary
Driving digital initiatives, the part-time IT Project Manager, Digital will manage project backlogs, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fully remote contract role.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies and manage Jira boards, backlogs, and Confluence documentation
- Coordinate delivery tracks across marketing, analytics, SEO, and customer experience to ensure timely milestone achievement
- Monitor project dependencies, identify risks, and adapt workflows to address shifting priorities
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on digital or technical project management experience in a Scrum Master role
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, including scope adjustments
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) in digital marketing or e-commerce
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; Agile/Scrum certifications preferred
