Remote Dispatch Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Remote Dispatch Specialist (3rd Shift) will coordinate roadside assistance requests, communicate with service providers, and ensure exceptional service delivery to AAA Members.

Key responsibilities

• Dispatch roadside assistance requests to service providers and monitor service requests from start to finish
• Coordinate with AAA Members and service teams to ensure timely service delivery and provide updates on arrival times and service delays
• Resolve service issues and member concerns while meeting established performance goals and recommending process improvements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and relevant experience
• Minimum of 2 years of direct dispatch experience or call center experience
• Ability to work overtime as business needs require
• Dedicated, quiet home workspace free from distractions with high-speed internet connected via Ethernet
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
