Remote Edge Computing R and D Engineer

Job Summary

An IT company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Edge Computing R and D Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Staying up to date with the development of Internet protocols
• Helping other teams building company's infrastructure
• Engaging with the WebAssembly Working Group and other standardization bodies

Qualifications Include:

• At least 2 years of experience developing in languages such as Rust, C, or C
• Familiarity with the Chromium project and the Node.js ecosystem
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to translate complex solutions and features
• Experience in systems programming, language design and implementation, or similar domains
• Understanding of core networking concepts, like HTTP, TCP/IP, TLS
• Curiosity to learn and guide new Internet protocols
