Remote Epic Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Cupid Epic Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, develop, test, implement, and provide tier two technical assistance for assigned system applications
- Consult with Epic representatives and end users to configure and build Epic software to meet organizational needs
- Troubleshoot problems, recommend solutions, and modify procedures to address complex data processing issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience required for Analyst and Sr. Analyst levels; Associate degree required for Associate level
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare-related experience required for Analyst level; 1 year for Associate level; 5 years for Sr. Analyst level
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs required
- Experience in programming, system analysis, configuration, system implementation, and/or application support preferred
- Epic Proficiency required within 3 months of hire for Analyst and Associate levels; Senior Analyst requires at least two Epic Certifications
