Remote Epic Application Coordinator
Job Summary
To support the implementation and ongoing management of the EPIC application, the full-time Remote Epic Application Coordinator (Orders) will be responsible for design, configuration, testing, and validation of the system while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain communication with vendor representatives and the organization's user community to ensure system meets business needs
- Achieve and maintain Epic certification (Orders) and develop in-depth knowledge of assigned applications
- Participate in project planning, design sessions, and testing activities, providing application expertise throughout the process
Required qualifications
- Associate Degree or higher education, or related applicable experience
- 5+ years of Healthcare IT experience
- Must complete required training for product implementation and pass certification within 45 days of training completion
- Epic MODULE Analyst certification and/or previous Epic EMR build experience preferred
- Strong understanding of operational workflows related to the EPIC system
