Remote Epic Application Coordinator

Job Summary

Focused on the design, build, and ongoing support of the EPIC application(s), the full-time Remote Epic Application Coordinator (MyChart and Hello World) will manage system configurations, testing, and validation while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the software meets organizational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain communication with vendor representatives and the organization's business community to align system capabilities with business needs
• Achieve and maintain Epic certification for MyChart and Hello World, ensuring expertise in assigned applications
• Participate in project planning, design sessions, and system testing while documenting workflows and configurations

Required qualifications

• Associate degree or higher, or equivalent relevant experience in healthcare or IT
• 5+ years of Healthcare IT experience
• Must complete required training and pass certification within 45 days of training completion
• In-depth knowledge of Epic EMR build experience, particularly in MyChart
• Strong understanding of operational workflows related to EPIC applications
