Job Summary
Focused on the design, build, and support of EPIC applications, the full-time Remote Epic Application Coordinator (MyChart & Hello World) will manage application configuration, testing, and validation while ensuring alignment with operational workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with vendor representatives and ensure the system meets organizational needs
- Achieve and maintain Epic certification for MyChart and Hello World, demonstrating application expertise
- Participate in project planning and execution, including design sessions and system testing
Required qualifications
- Associate degree or higher, or equivalent relevant experience in healthcare or IT
- 5+ years of Healthcare IT experience
- Must complete required training and pass certification within 45 days of training
- Strong understanding of operational workflows related to EPIC applications
- Ability to lead meetings and manage project activities effectively
