Job Summary

Helping IT managed service provider leaders achieve their business goals, the full-time Remote Executive Coach will build trusted relationships with clients, challenge their thinking, and provide accountability through high-impact coaching and practical business guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Create powerful coaching relationships with a diverse portfolio of managed service provider leaders
• Turn strategy into action by helping clients identify priorities and navigate obstacles
• Bring real-world managed services insight into one-to-one conversations, connecting business principles with practical realities

Required qualifications

• Extensive leadership or management experience within an IT managed service provider (MSP)
• Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System or another structured business operating system is advantageous
• Practical familiarity with professional services automation platforms used by IT providers (e.g., ConnectWise, Halo, Kaseya)
• A broad understanding of IT applications, software, and business processes in a technology organization
• A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
