Job Summary

A database software and technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Executive Sponsorship and Engagement Program Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Connecting with stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Developing project plans
• Guiding and influencing virtual team members around the world

Required Skills:

• BA/BS required
• Must have flexibility to hold occasional conference calls in early mornings and/or late evenings with virtual global teams
• Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (both spoken and written)
• Experience developing content and presentations for executives
• Must be detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
