Remote File Tester

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the File Tester will ensure accurate data flow into systems by processing eligibility and enrollment files, managing incoming files, and resolving discrepancies while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process eligibility, deduction, and open enrollment files across all benefit plans
• Identify and communicate file discrepancies to clients and collaborate with the Imports team to meet processing goals
• Partner with Account Managers and clients to resolve outstanding discrepancies and maintain file feeds

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong Excel skills, including data manipulation
• Prior experience working in a remote environment
• Prior benefit administration experience preferred
• Self-motivated with an independent approach to work
