Remote Financial Analyst
Job Summary
A rental property management firm is seeking a Remote Financial Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partner cross-functionally to understand the accounting treatment of various transactions to drive consistent reporting
- Support Revenue Management, Legal, Human Resources, Finance, and Administrative departments
- Manage budgets and forecasts for departmental headcount, T&E, software, leases and utilities
Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years of experience in a financial/analytical role
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field
- Experience within fast growth companies
- Microsoft Office and G Suite experience, with advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to synthesize large data sets into comprehensive insights and recommendations
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with changing priorities simultaneously
