Remote Financial Quality Control Agent

Job Summary

A bank has a current position open for a Remote Financial Quality Control Agent.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide support for questions related to air contracts, promotions, formats and faring
• Review all international reservations to ensure the lowest fare is confirmed
• Evaluate alternate airfares for lower cost by checking consolidators and other resources to ensure the lowest fare is confirmed

Qualifications for this position include:

• Previous experience working within a travel management company
• Prior native GDS use in Sabre
• Strong background in Q/C, airline ticketing, and ticketing requirements and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with superb attention to detail with impeccable listening skills
• Outstanding analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to multi-task, pro-actively resolve problems independently, and work well under pressure and meet critical deadlines
