Remote Foreclosure Team Lead

Job Summary

A mortgage services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Foreclosure Team Lead.

Must be able to:

• Assist the Default Supervisor/Manager with special projects
• Complete document execution of various financial foreclosure documents
• Review work for soundness of judgment and overall accuracy per company and federal compliance standards

Required Skills:

• 2-5 years foreclosure or mortgage default related experience
• Knowledge of mortgage banking, familiarity with RESPA, FFDCPA, GLBA, and federal and state laws related to foreclosure and bankruptcy processes
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Working knowledge of mortgage loan documentation, best servicing practices regarding foreclosure processing
• Strong professional and interpersonal communication skills verbally and through written electronic correspondence
• Advanced multi-tasking and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
