Job Summary
An educational services company has an open position for a Remote Global Admissions Operations Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Analyzing operations of Global Admissions, and enrollment management
- Providing recommendations to optimize global application workflow
- Design ingand delivering training programs on application review and assessment
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 years minimum of international credential evaluation/assessment experience
- 5 years minimum of progressively advanced managerial responsibility in admissions operations
- Exemplary customer service, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Well-rounded knowledge of CRM, mainly Salesforce, and data analytics tools
- Can develop and maintain admissions reports for Enrollment Management leadership team
