Job Summary

An educational services company has an open position for a Remote Global Admissions Operations Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Analyzing operations of Global Admissions, and enrollment management
• Providing recommendations to optimize global application workflow
• Design ingand delivering training programs on application review and assessment

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 years minimum of international credential evaluation/assessment experience
• 5 years minimum of progressively advanced managerial responsibility in admissions operations
• Exemplary customer service, presentation, and public speaking skills
• Well-rounded knowledge of CRM, mainly Salesforce, and data analytics tools
• Can develop and maintain admissions reports for Enrollment Management leadership team
