Remote Head of Structured Solutions

Job Summary

Driving the strategic direction for structured investment solutions, the full-time Remote Head of Structured Solutions will manage an established credit fund, oversee counterparty relationships, and lead the development of new structured products while working remotely from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction and design new structured products for the Xapo client base
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence on counterparties and maintain ongoing credit risk oversight of the fund
• Build and manage the Structured Solutions team, mentoring junior analysts and expanding the team as needed

Required qualifications

• Substantial experience in investment management, structured products, or digital asset markets
• Demonstrable credit underwriting and counterparty risk experience, ideally including unsecured lending
• Strong quantitative capability with experience in building or overseeing pricing and risk models
• Track record of designing and launching new financial products, particularly in yield, lending, or tokenisation
• Familiarity with both Bitcoin and traditional fiat markets, with a genuine interest in the intersection of digital assets and structured finance
