Job Summary

Guiding clients through their health journeys, the full-time Remote Health Consultant will manage high-volume client interactions, appointment scheduling, and provide empathetic guidance on nutrition and DEXA technology in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound client interactions across multiple channels while maintaining accuracy and empathy
• Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations with precision
• Answer client questions related to health, fitness, and DEXA technology with clear and accurate information

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of customer experience in a high-volume environment, with familiarity in CX platforms like HubSpot, AirCall, or Zendesk preferred
• Strong working knowledge of CX KPIs, metrics, and best practices
• Genuine interest in health, wellness, and fitness, with the ability to learn and explain DEXA science
• Ability to thrive with direct feedback and adapt quickly to new systems
• US-based with a reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
