Remote Health Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Remote Health Consultant will engage with clients through high-volume inbound and outbound interactions, providing empathetic guidance on body composition, nutrition, and fitness while managing appointment scheduling and contributing to process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client interactions across multiple channels, ensuring accuracy and a human touch
• Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations with precision
• Answer client questions on health, fitness, and DEXA technology with clear and empathetic communication

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of customer experience in a high-volume environment, preferably with CX platforms like HubSpot or Zendesk
• Strong working knowledge of CX KPIs, metrics, and best practices
• Genuine interest in health, wellness, and fitness, with the ability to learn and explain DEXA science
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating natural empathy
• Ability to thrive with direct feedback and adapt quickly to new systems
