Remote Health Consultant

Job Summary

As a Remote Health Consultant, the full-time position will handle high-volume client interactions, manage appointment scheduling, and provide empathetic guidance on health and fitness topics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client communications across various channels with accuracy and empathy
• Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations efficiently
• Answer client inquiries related to nutrition, health, fitness, and DEXA technology

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of customer experience in a high-volume environment, preferably with CX platforms
• Strong knowledge of CX KPIs, metrics, and best practices
• Genuine interest in health, wellness, and fitness, with the ability to learn and explain DEXA science
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with natural empathy
• US-based with a reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
