Remote Healthcare Claims Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and motivated, the full-time Remote Healthcare Claims Specialist will review and process medical claims, verify information against insurance policies, and resolve discrepancies while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process medical claims submissions accurately and efficiently
• Verify claim information against insurance policies and patient records
• Research and resolve claim denials, discrepancies, and reimbursement issues

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year recent medical claims processing or healthcare insurance experience
• Strong understanding of healthcare claims and reimbursement processes
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding is preferred
• Medical billing experience is a plus
• Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
