Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time Remote Healthcare Collections Specialist will manage communication with consumers regarding unpaid accounts, provide accurate account updates, and perform skip tracing while working remotely on a Central Time Zone schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers via phone and written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts
• Provide thorough and accurate updates on account status in computer files
• Conduct skip tracing to locate consumer contact information and assist in payment solutions
