Job Summary

A privately-held consulting firm is in need of a Remote Healthcare IT Project Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing comprehensive and integrated project coordination, including management of resources and timeframes for project activities
• Developing, coordinating, and maintaining project schedules, project plan and other key project documents, resources, and information
• Ensuring timely, accurate submission of project deliverables

Qualifications for this position include:

• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
• Three to five years of experience as a Project Coordinator or serving in a similar role
• Ability to prepare and interpret schedules, SOPs, and other project documents
• Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and independent time-management, strong communication and teamwork skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
