Job Summary

A healthcare and pharmaceutical company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Microsegment Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and maintaining favorable relationships with International’s customers and brokers
• Retaining and growing the client relationship and effectively position our products
• Managing high volumes of renewals and email

Required Skills:

• 2+ years industry or customer service experience preferably with a large volume of accounts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; Equivalent work experience will be considered
