Job Summary

Seeking skilled interpreters, the full-time Remote Hmong Interpreter will provide professional interpretation services in healthcare and medical settings while working remotely on a contracted basis.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally, adhering to the interpreter's code of conduct
• Utilize industry-specific vocabulary, particularly in healthcare and medical fields
• Participate in internal professional training and communicate with the team leader

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Hmong and English at a bilingual/native level
• Minimum of 2 years of interpreting experience
• High emotional intelligence and cultural tolerance
• Strong communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills
• Steady wired internet connection and necessary technical equipment (e.g., noise-canceling headset, USB video camera)
