Remote Home Infusion Billing Specialist

Job Summary

Focused on improving collection rates and reducing denial rates, the full-time Remote Home Infusion Billing Specialist will manage claims processing, follow up with insurers and patients, and analyze denials to enhance revenue cycle efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Review outstanding claims and take necessary actions to collect revenues while building strong customer relationships
• Analyze denial trends and recommend process improvements to reduce days sales outstanding (DSO) and bad debt
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners regarding collection statuses and resolve payer issues

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in home infusion billing and/or collections
• High School Diploma with specialized training in pharmacy/medical billing and collections
• Proven understanding of billing processes and payer requirements
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records
• Experience with MS Office suite and pharmacy applications
