Remote HR Manager

Job Summary

Serving as a trusted partner to employees and leaders, the full-time Remote HR Manager will manage employee relations, full-cycle recruiting, and performance management while promoting people-centered HR initiatives across a geographically dispersed organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary resource for employee concerns and lead employee relations matters in partnership with HR leadership
• Support performance management processes and identify improvements to enhance employee experience and engagement
• Develop sourcing strategies and own full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Progressive HR generalist experience with a focus on complex workstreams, preferably in a multi-state organization
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong judgment and relationship-building skills, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly
• Proficiency with HRIS (ADP Workforce Now preferred) and Microsoft Office applications
