Supporting Veterans through meaningful interactions, the full-time Remote Inbound Call Center Representative will assist callers with inquiries, provide solutions, and document interactions while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from Veterans and healthcare providers in a professional manner
- Research information and assist callers with questions regarding services and support programs
- Document call details accurately and maintain quality and performance standards
Required qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship (work sponsorship not available)
- Two forms of valid identification, one being REAL ID-compliant or a U.S. Passport
- Ability to obtain and maintain a VA government background investigation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
