Job Summary
Supporting Veterans remotely, the full-time Remote Inbound Call Center Representative will assist callers by answering questions, providing information about services, and documenting interactions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from Veterans and healthcare providers in a professional manner
- Assist callers with questions regarding services and support programs while researching information to provide solutions
- Document call details accurately and collaborate with teammates to improve service delivery
Required qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship (work sponsorship not available)
- Two forms of valid identification (one must be a REAL ID-compliant or U.S. Passport)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a VA government background investigation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
