Providing essential support to Veterans, the full-time Remote Inbound Call Center Representative will answer incoming calls, assist with inquiries regarding services, and document interactions while working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner, assisting Veterans and providers with their questions
- Research information and help callers find solutions while documenting call details accurately
- Build positive relationships through empathy and problem-solving, meeting quality and performance expectations
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship (work sponsorship not available)
- Two forms of valid identification (one must be a REAL ID-compliant or U.S. Passport)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a VA government background investigation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while ensuring end-of-day coverage
