Remote Inbound Sales Representative

Job Summary

Experienced sales professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Remote Inbound Sales Representative, responsible for converting warm inbound leads through consultative conversations, explaining cremation options, and meeting sales targets while providing compassionate support to families.

Key responsibilities:

• Convert warm inbound phone leads through thoughtful, consultative conversations
• Explain cremation options and pricing, handle objections, and confidently ask for the sale
• Follow up by phone, text, and email, maintaining accurate records and next steps

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience with a record of hitting individual targets, preferably in consumer sales over the phone
• Proficiency in HubSpot or a similar CRM
• Clear and confident spoken and written English communication skills
• Ability to track performance metrics and follow through on commitments
• Spanish fluency or experience in high-trust categories such as insurance, healthcare, or travel is a plus
