Remote Inside Sales Agent with P&C License

Job Summary

As a full-time Remote Inside Sales Agent with a P&C License, the successful candidate will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs to convert sales leads into policyholders while enjoying comprehensive training and benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverages and products
• Manage inbound sales calls and convert leads into policyholders without making cold calls
• Participate in a comprehensive training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales/service-related role required
• Ability to effectively communicate and persuade prospects and customers
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in typing and PC usage
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
