To support a growing sales team, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Agent with P&C License will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers to match their insurance needs with appropriate coverages and products.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with customers on their insurance needs and convert sales leads into policyholders
- Participate in a comprehensive paid training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, while maintaining a professional home workspace
Required qualifications
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
- Property and Casualty License required after hire
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in typing and PC usage
