Remote Inside Sales Agent with P&C License

Job Summary

To support a growing inside sales team, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative with a P&C License will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers to match their insurance needs with appropriate coverages and products.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers on their insurance needs and convert sales leads into policyholders
• Participate in a comprehensive paid training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license
• Work a flexible schedule including four weekdays and one weekend day, managing incoming warm leads without cold calling

Required qualifications

• 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Property and Casualty Insurance License is required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in typing and PC usage
