Remote Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely from the Eastern Region, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will engage with small business owners over the phone to educate them on Yelp's advertising solutions, manage a client pipeline, and consistently exceed monthly sales quotas.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to educate and strategize with business owners regarding Yelp's advertising programs
• Manage a pipeline of clients using CRM tools, ensuring effective tracking of daily goals and performance metrics
• Master quick closing techniques and navigate the sales process from initial call to qualification and closure

Required qualifications

• GED/HS Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience or a Bachelor's Degree with relevant coursework or internships
• Proven ability to make a high volume of outbound calls daily
• General computer proficiency, including familiarity with Google Suite
• Access to a distraction-free work environment with high-speed internet
• Current US work authorization
