Job Summary

A financial operations company is filling a position for a Remote Insurance Operations Web Content Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage workspace languages, workspace contributors, content translations, content display and content sharing
  • Being responsible for all content management in the Customer Management System workspace
  • Presenting ideas for testing strategies and uphold testing validity on web personalization journeys

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Computer Sciences preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' Digital Marketing experience preferred
  • Online strategy, content management, and usability experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite, (Dreamweaver, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks), HTML and more
  • Must project a positive, professional image and conduct
  • Demonstrated through understanding of electronic media requirements
