Job Summary

A privately-held digital healthcare startup company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Treating a diverse population with a mix of private, public, and uninsured patients
• Conducting your practice on the company's platform
• Seeing patients with a clinical scope that includes both urgent & primary care

Qualifications Include:

• Active medical licenses in at least two states
• Willing to obtain 5+ additional state medical licenses, paid for by the practice
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Medicare participating physician or willing to become a Medicare participating physician
