Job Summary

A fiber Internet provider has a current position open for a Remote Internet Inbound Sales Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading the Inbound Sales team, strategy and go-to-market initiatives in alignment with department goals and vision
  • Developing, evaluating, and implementing strategies to identify opportunities and improve service delivery
  • Ensuring the team is properly trained to support the triage group, the commercial sales team, and all customer segments

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Sales leader with strong prospecting, negotiating and relationship skills
  • Well-developed business and management principles
  • Ability to lead managers and successfully guide distributed remote teams across lines of business, and geographies
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading teams including people in leadership roles
  • 5-7 years of Sales/Account Management experience, with a consistent track record of success
  • Highly developed leadership capabilities
