Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in the creation of pitch materials, information memoranda, and data room content for transactions
• Conducting market and competitive research to support business development and deal execution
• Preparing financial analyses and company valuations using various methods

Required Qualifications

• Strong academic performance in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related major
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage remote work independently
