To support the recruitment of specialized financial services talent, the full-time Remote Investment Management Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top candidates for professional to executive-level positions within investment management organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Build talent pipelines across Asset Management, Alternative Investments, Hedge Funds, and Private Equity
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field is a plus
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting within Financial Services, Investment Management, or Asset Management
- Strong sourcing skills and experience identifying passive candidates
