Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote IT Business Operations Manager.

Must be able to:

• Have visibility into all ongoing global-level projects
• Drive, track and report to teams and leadership on the progress of program initiatives and program health
• Build strong relationships with internal cross-functional leaders to collaborate and deliver seamless program execution

Qualifications Include:

• 8+ years of hands-on business operations experience involving many cross functional teams across the organization
• Experience managing multiple large programs/projects in enterprise environments delivering business applications
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Process orientated and well organized
• Strong growth mindset with a continuous interest in looking for ways to improve
• Resourceful, self-motivated and able to independently prioritize shifting workloads in a high growth, ever changing environment
